8. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the final approved deliverables created specifically for the client may be used by the client for their business purposes, subject to the terms agreed in writing.

Unapproved concepts, rejected drafts, internal working files, strategy frameworks, source files, editable files, templates, and process documents remain the property of Alignx Studio Private Limited unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

We retain the right to showcase completed work, designs, case studies, results, testimonials, and campaign outputs in our portfolio, website, social media, credentials, and marketing materials, unless a confidentiality restriction has been agreed in writing.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms such as social media platforms, advertising platforms, analytics tools, email platforms, payment gateways, hosting providers, design tools, automation tools, or other software services.

We are not responsible for the actions, downtime, policies, pricing, restrictions, algorithm changes, suspension, or performance of any third-party platform or tool.

10. No Guaranteed Results

11. Cancellation, Refunds, and Termination

Cancellation, refund, and termination terms will be governed by the specific proposal, invoice, statement of work, or agreement applicable to the service.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, payments made towards confirmed strategy, design, branding, marketing, consulting, content, retainership, or creative services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

In case we are unable to provide a service after accepting payment, the refund, adjustment, or credit, if any, will be decided based on the work completed, expenses incurred, and terms agreed in writing.
