Cancellation & Refund Policy

AlignX Studio (operated by PASUPULETI SRINIVASA AJAY KUMAR) believes in maintaining transparent and fair relationships with our clients. As such, we have adopted a simple and practical cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of confirming the service agreement. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if project execution has already begun, including but not limited to research, strategy, or design-related work.
AlignX Studio does not offer cancellations for services that are delivered in phases (such as branding or social media retainers) once a phase has been completed and approved by the client.
In case of dissatisfaction with any service provided, clients are encouraged to reach out to our Customer Service team within the same day of delivery. We will assess the concern and may offer revisions or partial refunds based on the scope of the issue.
For digital services and consulting, refunds will not be issued for work that has already been initiated or completed unless there is a proven deficiency in the service agreed upon.
Refunds, if approved by AlignX Studio, will be processed and credited within 1–2 business days via the original mode of payment or as mutually agreed.
For any services involving third-party platforms (such as ad spends or paid tools), cancellations and refunds will be subject to the policies of those respective vendors.
